Aubrey Shoham is a Licensed Massage Therapist from Arizona, USA. She has a strong
history of serving women and their families with massage, doula services and childbirth
preparation. Aubrey’s massage therapy sessions help deep muscle issues by using a variety of techniques.
Her sessions integrate myotherapy, bio-mechanical restructuring and craniosacral techniques to gently release bound muscle tissue and body holding patterns. Her massage is unique and effective long term.
Aubrey facilitates Birthing From Within childbirth classes in a group or private setting. This approach to childbirth preparation helps prepare women by building a coping mindset. This class assists women to understand various ways births may unfold and how to actively participate in any scenario.
Gilad Shoham is a master practitioner and educator living in Sde Nehemia, Israel. He is owner and operator of Roots Of Life, offering therapeutic bodywork at the onsite clinic as well as teaching online classes, providing mentoring and supervision for practitioners, and hosting international retreats. His Therapeutic Bodywork practice incorporates many modalities, including Integrative Craniosacral Unwinding, Polarity Therapy, Bio-Mechanical Restructuring, Therapeutic Massage and Reflexology. Gilad received the bulk of his training at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts (SWIHA) in Tempe,
Arizona. He has been a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) since 2009 and a Board Certified Polarity Practitioner (BCPP) since 2012. He is a Registered Polarity Educator and has been teaching bodywork and communication skills since 2009. Gilad has taught at SWIHA, as well as Five Branches University (a five elements based school of Chinese Medicine) in Santa Cruz, California.
Gilad is a leader in his field. Having worked as a practitioner in multiple environments and with various demographics he has developed exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of the body and an insightful perspective into how to help people on their evolutionary path. As a practitioner he specializes in physical and emotional trauma resolution, with an emphasis on birth related trauma for both mothers and infants.
